We are supporting a Real Estate Investment, Fund & Asset Management company who are looking to recruit a Finance Director to oversee the financial accounts of specific funds, working directly with the CFO, whilst overseeing a small team.

The company has recently implemented Yardi, so it’s imperative you have an advanced working knowledge of the system to be considered for this role.

Candidate Profile

• It is imperative you have strong experience in financial accounting and control within the Real Estate industry and this is likely to have been from a Fund Accounting background.

• Qualified Accountant. A degree in accounting, finance or a related field is highly advantageous.

• You will need to have strong management and leadership skills and be a good communicator.

• You will need to have experienced building and managing a team effectively and working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Experience of implementing efficiencies identified within operational / financial processes.

• Strong project and relationship management skills and experience managing third party relationships, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

• You need to be able to work autonomously as well as in part of a team, but also thrive working in a deadline driven environment.

Salary £100,000 - £120,000 plus bonus and benefits, with 4 days in the London based office.
