Associate Director - UK Fund

Our client is a leading impact investment manager who support investors both in the UK and globally. They are looking to recruit an Associate Director who will be responsible for providing full financial oversight of the UK Funds, and produce a high level of financial reporting.
Within this role you will work closely with both the Group FC and Group FD, as well as the transactions team and the administrators, and will have one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of your designated Real Estate funds, so ideally will have gained exposure to robust financial control skills and financial modelling, and be a very good communicator. This role will be very deadline driven, so it’s imperative you have sound experience working in that enviornment.
Full oversight of the balance sheet substantiation, and a thorough & detailed review of all reporting produced.
You will work closely with the transactions team and support on the real estate valuation process, as well as maintain close relationships with tax, regulatory and other advisors, constantly ensuring there are high quality controls and processes in place and being maintained.
A crucial part of the role will be overseeing / maintaining Fund and SPV liquidity. This includes cash management (approvals, documentation & transfers).
You will have full management of the propco’s (and their tax structure), as well as their existing investments, including tax compliance and CIS.
This role is the perfect level for someone who’s 7-10 yrs pqe (ideally ACA or ACCA). It’s a brilliant opportunity to work on a very dynamic fund, but more importantly for a very forward-thinking organisation with a sound investment strategy, where you will have full autonomy within the role.
Salary is £125,000 - £135,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits, and is 4 days p/w in the office with 1 day wfh.
