We are supporting a leading Real Estate Investment Management firm that specialises in the pan-European Industrial and Logistics market to recruit a Vice President of Investments. This role will be based in their London office and focus on the German markets – it’s a fantastic opportunity to be responsible for sourcing and acquiring Core+, Value Add and development opportunities.

Key Vice President - Investments responsibilities include:

  • Identify and source new investment opportunities by utilising your contacts within the market and future networking.

  • Lead in deal execution, including preparation of investment committee memos, underwriting, negotiating contacts, conducting due diligence and presenting findings.

  • Oversee the underwriting process (including repositioning strategies, capex, assessment of ERV and exit capital).

  • Manage and grow their investment team in Germany and drive the company’s expansion into new markets.

  • Conduct market research and analysis on comparable transactions and relevant data.

Role requirements:

  • Degree or master’s in Real Estate, Investment or equivalent.

  • Strong numerical and modelling skills, ability to build a model from scratch using Excel.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Proven investment experience within the industrial and logistics market in Germany.

  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to complete tasks to tight deadlines.

  • Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary £110,000 - £130,000 plus benefits, bonus and carry potential.

Based full time in London, plus travel across Germany and pan-Europe.
