A boutique Property Asset Management firm are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team based in London.

This position will work with the Senior Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities Management and will be responsible for the management of Central London office properties.

Key Facilities Manager requirements:

• Proven multi-site Commercial Facilities Management experience.

• IOSH qualification is essential (NEBOSH is desirable).

• Membership of IWFM or other body.

• Excellent client and customer facing skills.

• Good understanding of M&E systems and the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges.

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of property management software systems.

Salary £45,000 plus pension and discretionary bonus.

Office based in Central London (full-time)
