We are supporting a leading pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join their Investment & Fund Management team.
This position will support the Fund Management team with management, analysis and reporting of their pan- European (sector agnostic) funds and provide support to the Investment team with deal execution.
Key Investment Analyst responsibilities:
Support the process for recommendation(s) to the Investment Committee.
Support the production of fund and asset level budgets, business plans and models.
Conduct hold/sell analysis.
Produce quarterly strategy and investor report, plus ad hoc reporting.
Support with the drawdown and distribution process.
Promote sustainability initiatives throughout the funds.
Support with the review of quarterly and year-end accounts.
Work with other internal functions such as Research & Strategy, Performance Analytics, Fund Accounting, Finance, Asset Management and Transaction Management.
Investment Analyst requirements:
Strong financial and excel modelling skills required.
Degree or master’s in real estate, Investment, Finance or Economics.
Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.
Previous experience within in a real estate investment role (pan-European would be an advantage).
Ability to travel to pan-European sites when required.
Excellent communications skills.
Salary is £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits package and bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH), plus occasional travel across Europe to visit sites.

We are working on behalf of a global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join their team based in Central London. Working alongside the Fund Manager, you will work on a mix of Investment and Fund Management activities across their UK BTR Residential Funds.
Investment Analyst responsibilities:
Assist with portfolio and single asset transactions across the UK, as well as day to day management of the portfolio.
Support with the underwriting and transaction management of UK residential BTR opportunities, such as designing and maintaining the underwriting and fund/financial models that are fit for purpose for investor requirements.
Co-ordinate the production of internal investment memorandums.
Manage and coordinate the due diligence process.
You will also work with the Portfolio Manager in the preparation of key asset management initiatives and on-going asset reporting.
Key Investment Analyst requirements:
Degree/Masters in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
Proven experience working in either financial analysis or an analytical real estate position.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to underwrite new real estate transactions.
Able to build models from scratch using MS Excel.
Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to present both verbally and in written reports.
Competent user Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus.

A pan-European Investment & Asset Management firm who have ambitious growth plans supported by institutional & private investors and family offices are seeking an Investment Analyst to join their head office based in central London.
Their current portfolio includes industrial, logistics, data centres, retail, offices, PBSA and hotels across the UK, Germany and Netherlands. The strategy is to continue to expand across the pan-European market (with a focus on PBSA, hotels and co-living) by acquiring standing assets and re-purposing opportunities.
Reporting into the Head of Investment, the Investment Analyst will be responsible for:
Assist in sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Prepare investment papers and project sheets to present to IC.
Assist in asset business planning, capex budgets and performance monitoring.
Provide the investment team with support throughout the whole investment lifecycle.
Undertake and monitor the due diligence process.
Assist with raising debt finance.
Support with portfolio and asset sales, financing and restructuring.
Assist with on-going portfolio or asset reporting, financial model updates.
Assist with quarterly investor reporting.
Investment Analyst requirements:
Degree/ master’s in Finance, Economics or Real Estate Investment.
Previous experience working in a Real Estate Investment position.
Advanced Excel modelling skills and strong financial acumen.
Fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch or German would be advantageous).
Detail orientated and excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel to sites in UK and Europe.
Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
Office is based in Central London (office days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
