A specialist Industrial & Logistics Investment Manager are looking to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team based in Central London.

This position will work collaboratively with the Finance, Investment, Development & Asset Management teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the investment and development teams to prepare, update and review investment and development appraisals.

  • Update information on potential sales, cost tender returns and banking terms.

  • Perform financial forecasting of company profits over a 5 years period.

  • Prepare funding reports to equity and debt lenders.

  • Liaise with lawyers to put in place property finance documents.

  • Review and circulate legal documentation relating to JV and development management agreements.

  • Monitor actual spend v budget spend on development deals.

Key Senior Financial Analyst requirements:

  • Degree in either Real Estate, Investment, Finance & Accounting (or equivalent).

  • Proficient user of Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Able to build cash flow models from scratch, plus VBA models and macro workbooks.

  • Understanding of the real estate investment and development lifecycle.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Strong written and communication skills.

Office based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home).

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
