Our client, a leading global investment manager focused on infrastructure and real estate, manage over €25bn of equity capital in multiple private and listed funds, primarily for institutional investors across the globe.
They are looking to recruit a Fund Controller to work across both investment funds & investment mandates, supporting on the day-to-day financial management alongside the Fund Manager. This role will be based in the Frankfurt office and requires someone who can read and speak fluent German.
Key Responsibilities & Profile Specification:
Must have proven financial accounting and control experience within Real Estate funds.
Strong background in producing bespoke financial reporting (used internally for the investment team) so that the business is provided with relevant, accurate and timely financial information for real estate projects and funds.
Formal accountancy qualification (ACA preferable).
Able to demonstrate experience of implementation of efficiencies identified within operational/ financial processes.
Strong project and relationship management skills and experience managing a third party relationship with ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team and being able to work in a deadline driven environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commercially aware, detail oriented, thorough and professional.
Degree qualified in accounting, finance or a related field an advantage.
Experience dealing with audit teams and managing an audit process.
The role is based in the Frankfurt office, salary €55,000 - €65,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Our client is a leading investment manager who are looking to recruit a Fund Controller to work on a UK alternative Real Estate fund. The role is to manage and control the full financial oversight for the investment strategy, all financial reporting, dealing with all tax/3rd party advisors and overseeing the audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for all financial reporting to the Investment Committee. It would be highly advantageous if you have strong financial modelling skills so you will be able to prepare substantial dashboards to assist with investment opportunities, help illustrate specific operating/financial metrics, etc.
You will be expected to oversee / manage advisors on tax, regulatory compliance, the audit process, etc. Ideally you will have experience changing / implementing processes in these areas.
A crucial part of the role will be overseeing / maintaining Fund and SPV liquidity. This includes cash management (approvals, documentation & transfers).
This role requires somebody with at least 5 years pqe. It’s a brilliant opportunity for somebody who has an avid interest in Real Estate development and wants to work on a very dynamic fund but more importantly for a very forward-thinking organisation with a sound investment strategy.
The role is based in the central London office 4 days p/w, salary £100,000 - £120,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Out client is a leading investment manager who are looking to recruit a Fund Controller to work on a flagship UK alternative Real Estate asset fund. The role is to manage and control the full financial oversight for the investment strategy, all financial reporting, dealing with all tax/3rd party advisors and overseeing the audit process.

You will work closely with Property Managers to ensure all invoicing, rent collection, insurances, etc., are executed quickly and in line with processes.
A crucial part of the role will be overseeing / maintaining Fund and SPV liquidity. This includes cash management (approvals, documentation & transfers).
The role is 4 days in the office based in Central London. Salary is £80,000 - £90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
